How much can I borrow?
Our brokers can arrange secured loans and mortgages for any amount from
£5,000 to £500,000. However, there are a
few factors to take into consideration such as available
monthly income and your property's equity. The most
important considerations are that you can afford the
monthly repayments and that you are a homeowner/mortgage
payer. Simply put on the application form how much you
would like to borrow and our brokers shall endeavour to meet your
requirements.

Over what period of time can I
spread my loan or mortgage repayments?
This is of course up to you, and depends on how much you
can afford each month. Our loans are usually available
over 5 to 30 years. The repayment

What can I use the loan for?
Anything you want, there are no restrictions. Maybe you
need to reduce your monthly outgoings by paying off all
your debts, leaving you with one lower and more
manageable monthly repayment. Or perhaps you would like

are Tenant Loans?
Tenant Loans
are available to non homeowners yet resident in the UK
and the amounts available are from £250 to £25,000 and can be taken
over 3 to 10 years. All applications are handled quickly
and can often take only 3 - 4 days to complete.

Can I repay the loan before the
end of the contract?
You can make lump repayments or settle the loan
completely whenever you like.
